The shipping cost is the same for all of Italy, the cost is €6.49 with GLS
-It does not affect the number of items in the order
-The cost is the same even for the smaller islands, in which case the shipment will be carried out by Poste Italiane
We also accept cash on delivery payment, in this case a one-off fee is required to be added to the shipping cost which amounts to 3.50 to be added to the shipping cost of 6.49
To start the return procedure just contact us on whatsapp, it is important to know that for an exchange or a refund the shipping is made by the customer, in the case of a refund sscustom will only refund the amount of the product
To request an invoice, simply send an email immediately after placing your order to sscustom@virgilio.it, specifying your order number and the details to which the invoice should be addressed.
Of course, unless the order has been shipped (which usually happens after the 2nd business day from the order creation).
To add products or change your order, just write to the WhatsApp chat, our staff will be at your disposal to change or add products to your order
